Permission slips for schools and groups
The slip is in the email. You are not collecting carbon copies at the classroom door.
Field trips fail when three slips are still in backpacks. A link in the class email, with a QR printed for pickup, gets a parent signature on any phone.
Use parental consent for ongoing programs and the field-trip template when you have a destination and date. Youth sports and travel have their own forms.
