Plans, upgrades, and invoices

Compare Free through Agency, switch monthly or yearly, and manage the card on file.

Owners open Billing to change plan, switch monthly/yearly, or update the card. Other roles see a message to ask the owner.

The outlined card is your current plan. Manage payment method opens the customer portal for invoices and cancellation.

What plans change

  • Free: ConsentForms branding on the public form, 1 seat, 1 workspace, 100 signatures, 3 Jarvis forms. No card.
  • Paid: branding off, more seats and workspaces, CSV export, and submission history. That is why you leave Free — not a 20,000-signature mountain.
  • Going over signatures in a month blocks new submissions until you upgrade or the month resets.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep the account through the period you already paid. Details of processor keys are on Connect Stripe or Square — that is for charging your clients, not for paying ConsentForms.
