Workspaces
Separate forms by location or brand. Switching workspaces changes which forms you see.
A workspace is a box of forms — a second location, a brand, or a client you manage. The sidebar switcher changes which box you are in. Dashboard, Insights, and New form all follow the current workspace.

- 1Add a workspace if your plan allows more than one.
- 2Open switches you into that workspace.
Limits
Free and Starter typically have one workspace. Higher plans allow more. If you add workspaces and later downgrade, extras become read-only after a 14-day grace period — oldest stay active, newest lock. Delete a workspace only when you mean it: forms, submissions, and files in it go with it.
