Roles and permissions
Owner, Admin, Manager, Editor, and Viewer — who can bill, invite, edit, or only look.
Two layers: an account-wide role, and an optional role in a single workspace.

| Owner | Account | Billing, every workspace, team, forms |
| Admin | Account | Every workspace and the team, but not billing |
| Manager | One workspace | Forms, submissions, and people in that workspace |
| Editor | One workspace | Build and publish forms, view submissions |
| Viewer | One workspace | View and export submissions only |
If someone is an account Admin and a Viewer in one workspace, the stronger role wins for that workspace. Locked workspaces (over a plan limit after the grace period) are read-only even for editors.
