View and export submissions
Open a signed form, download the PDF, resend a copy, or export a CSV.
Every completed form is a submission. Open them from the form row on the dashboard, or from Submissions in the builder toolbar.

- 1Search by name or email.
- 2Filter by date, then export CSV if your plan includes it.
- 3Open a row for the full answers, audit trail, PDF, and Resend PDF.
Inside a submission
- Answers exactly as they were typed, plus the signature image.
- An audit trail (when it was opened, signed, and from which kind of device).
- PDF download, and Resend PDF if the signer lost the email copy.
CSV export is on Starter and above. Viewers can open submissions and export; they cannot edit the form.
